Talent Acquisition Specialist

Own full-cycle recruiting for Koynfeedo — and help shape how we, and the teams we serve, assess talent objectively.

Koynfeedo is a Bengaluru-based interview-as-a-service company. We run structured technical and behavioral rounds on behalf of engineering teams — calibrated to an agreed rubric, delivered with a written scorecard and honest feedback for every candidate. As we grow, we're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to run our own hiring end-to-end and to be a hands-on power user of the evidence-based methods we deliver for others.

What you'll do

  • Own full-cycle hiring. Partner with hiring managers to scope roles, agree the rubric, source candidates and shepherd them through to offer.
  • Run structured, fair interviews. Use anchored scorecards so every candidate is rated on the same criteria — exactly how Koynfeedo is designed to work.
  • Source across channels. LinkedIn, referrals, communities and talent pools — building healthy pipelines for our interviewer network and internal roles.
  • Keep the funnel measurable. Track candidates in the ATS, report time-to-shortlist and pass-through, and steadily improve the process.
  • Represent Koynfeedo. Give every applicant a clear, respectful, well-communicated experience — offer or not.

What we're looking for

  • 2–5 years of full-cycle recruiting — in-house or agency, ideally some technology or SaaS hiring.
  • Comfort with structured interviewing and scorecards, or genuine curiosity to work that way.
  • Clear written and verbal communication in English, and strong candidate empathy.
  • Organised and data-comfortable — you can run several searches at once and keep an ATS tidy.
  • Based in India — Bengaluru for hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in the country.

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for early-stage or high-growth teams.
  • Exposure to assessment platforms, ATS tooling or employer-branding work.
